Cessation of sQuid Services and Migration to Parent Pay – ACTION REQUIRED

sQuid Cessation - Important information to remember:

• On 14^th March at 16.00 the sQuid platform will no longer be available. Please remember to log in and check your sQuid account balance and follow the process to obtain a refund. 
• Refunds must be requested before 14^th April 2025. The platform will remain open until 30^th April 2025 for parents to withdraw any balances.
• Balances cannot be transferred from sQuid to Parent Pay.
• Trip payments - a manual adjustment has been made to your trip account on Parent Pay showing the amount we have received from you via sQuid.
• If you have auto-top up set up on your catering purse, you will need to cancel this ASAP.

Migration to Parent Pay

Parent Pay is now live for you to top up your child’s catering account ready for them to purchase items in the canteen from Monday 17^th March 2025 within the payments section of the gateway app.

It is also live for you to make payments for any upcoming trips that your child is attending and for you to check your trip account balances also within the payments section.

69.9% of parents are already signed up to the school gateway app, if you are one of these parents you will be able to access the payment section within the gateway app immediately.

If you are yet to sign up, please follow the instructions:

• Go to schoolgateway.com
• When you visit the School Gateway website for the first time, please select ‘New User’ and enter your email address and mobile telephone number you have registered with the school.
• The system will send a PIN code to your phone; please enter this PIN code and your account will be activated for you.

If you’ve recently changed your email address or mobile telephone number, please let us know so we can update our records.

The email address you provide on the school gateway app must match what we hold on our database.
