Information on DTP/MenACWY vaccinations

The school nursing service is coming into the school on 01/05/25 and 02/05/25 to deliver the teenage booster (Diptheria, Tetanus and Polio- DTP, and Meningococcal- MenACWY) vaccinations.
If you have not yet returned a consent form, please could you do so ASAP whether it is a yes or no consent.
